Am I right? You will want to correct the recipe (delicious!) to make it clear that you are adding *broth* as it cooks, not wine. Is it not something like a traditionally prepared risotto in the way that the broth is added bit by bit?

Hi Joseph, I am so happy for feedback on my recipes! thank you for spotting this one about wine/broth. Indeed the ragù bianco is cooked with wine first, then broth like a risotto. It makes a wonderful activity for a cold winter day, isn't it?
