Am I right? You will want to correct the recipe (delicious!) to make it clear that you are adding *broth* as it cooks, not wine. Is it not something like a traditionally prepared risotto in the way that the broth is added bit by bit?
Hi Joseph, I am so happy for feedback on my recipes! thank you for spotting this one about wine/broth. Indeed the ragù bianco is cooked with wine first, then broth like a risotto. It makes a wonderful activity for a cold winter day, isn't it?
Happy New Year to you and your family! Thinking of you always.
Very best wishes to you and family Sue, you and Parke are always in my heart!
Many good wishes for 2025, Letizia.
Thank you Sally, buon anno!
Regarding the ragu recipe: what are the measurements for the carrots, celery, and onion? Thanks and happy new year!
thank you so much for spotting the missing carrot and celery, I have now included them in the recipe list. Happy New Year!
