Hi Letizia. I bought fresh lasagna sheets today. Do I need to soak them?

Hi Sue, yes please, I explained in the recipe how to do it in salted water. Lasagne are awlays best when soaked, especially when there is little sauce like in this recipe!

In the future I was planning to set a limit for the testing to one month but right now there is no risk of confusion because this is the only one open right now, so please take your time!
